The Leamington Sinfonia meets on Tuesday evenings at Spencer Yard in Leamington Spa and its aims have remained unchanged over the last twenty-eight years: to provide an opportunity for music making for amateur players with a broad range of abilities and ages. The orchestra has made a name for itself in recent years by performing music normally considered as out of reach for amateur orchestras, resulting in programmes which continue to challenge players and to entertain audiences.
