Definitions:
we, us: Ferrer Consulting Limited.
you, your: The Customer.
Terms & AUP:
- We will endeavour to keep availability as high as possible but will not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the unavailability of any services.
- We will utilise various methods to ensure data is backed up. However, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by data loss.
- You may not use the services provided by us to send Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE). We reserve the right to immediately terminate the accounts of any user sending UBE.
- You are free to cancel an annual account at any time up to 14 days before the renewal date. Provided there is no amount owing on their account we will assist in the transferral of any domain if required. We will retain control of all domains where there is money outstanding. No refund will be given for any time remaining.
- We reserve the right to cancel any service for any reason and will give a minimum of 90 days notice. In this case we will refund any amount paid for the service, reduced pro-rata.
- No refund will be given if an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
- Invoices should be settled promptly by the due date. We reserve the right to immediately suspend all services if any payments are overdue. In addition, we will claim interest and compensation as entitled to under late payment legislation. It should be noted that if an account is suspended for any reason it does not remove liability for payment.
- You should be aware that, if you have a domain registered, the terms and conditions of the relevant governing bodies will also apply.
- If your web site generates more traffic than allocated in your current package we will normally contact you to discuss options of upgrading their package or reducing their data transfer. However, if we feel that the extra traffic is excessive or detrimental to other users we reserve the right to suspend the offending account.
- Mailboxes are provided for the purpose of delivering mail and are not intended for the long-term storage of mail. Mailboxes should be kept down to a reasonable size and we reserve the right to reject any new mail for users who do not reduce their mail storage when requested.
- When you register a .uk domain name you are also entering into a contract with Nominet and you agree to their terms and conditions. This is a separate contract to any you may have with a third party for the provision of Internet services. Please read before you register your domain name.
